1.1 Booking Parties
All bookings are made with Manolya Tours Turizm Sanayi ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (L.L.C.), trading as Manolya Tour (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "Manolya Tours"). is a registered trademark operated by Manolya Tours.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By booking a product with us, you (the "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and Manolya Tours. The services provided are those specified in your booking confirmation/invoice.
1.3 Definitions
"Client": All persons named on the booking form intending to travel with Manolya Tours.
"Product": Any service sold by Manolya Tours (e.g., tours, transfers, accommodations).
"Contract": Formed upon written confirmation of your booking by Manolya Tours.
1.4 Authority to Book
The person submitting the booking form (online or in hard copy) warrants that they have full authority to do so on behalf of all listed travelers and confirms that all parties are aware of and accept these terms.
1.5 Booking Refusal
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion without obligation to provide justification.
2. Pricing & Payment Policy
2.1 Price Adjustments
Before confirmation, prices may change due to factors beyond our control, including:
Bank Transfers: Must cover the full published amount.
Credit Cards: Accepted in TRY, USD, or EUR. The final charge in your local currency will be determined by the Turkish Central Bank’s exchange rate (www.tcmb.gov.tr) at the time of transaction.
Client Responsibility: Any bank fees or exchange rate discrepancies are the Client’s responsibility.
2.3 Discounts & Promotions
Discounts applied at booking are final.
No retroactive discounts apply. Canceling to rebook at a lower price incurs standard cancellation fees.
3. Deposits & Final Payments
3.1 Group Tours, FIT & Private Tours
25% deposit required within 7 days of booking.
Full payment due 42 days before departure.
Bookings within 42 days of departure require full payment immediately.
3.2 Gulet Cruises
Non-refundable 25% deposit within 7 days of booking.
Full payment due 60 days before departure.
3.3 Accommodations & Day Tours (<€500/USD 500)
Full payment required within 7 days of booking.
3.4 Child Discounts
Ages 6–12: 25% discount
Ages 3–5.99: 50% discount
Ages 0–1.99: Free (except flights)
No double discounts. Highest applicable discount applied automatically.
Minors (under 18) must travel with a parent/legal guardian.
4. Airport Transfers
4.1 Included Transfers
Available only on the first/last day of the tour.
Pre-tour hotel bookings extend transfer eligibility to the check-in date.
4.2 Flight Details
Full flight details (arrival time, flight number, airline) must be provided at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Failure to provide details may void transfer entitlement.
4.3 Transfer Limitations
Only applicable to tour-specified hotels.
5. Luggage Allowance
Domestic flights in Türkiye: 15 kg checked + 8 kg cabin baggage.
Excess baggage fees are the Client’s responsibility.
Upgrades available online or at the airport.
6. Free Time & Liability
"Free time" is provided for personal exploration.
No refunds for unused free time.
Manolya Tours is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses during free time.
7. Inclusions & Exclusions
Included
Accommodations, transport, and attractions listed in the "Included" section of your itinerary.
Not Included
Airfare (unless specified), visas, insurance, personal expenses, meals not listed, tips, etc.
8. Guaranteed vs. Minimum Departures
Guaranteed Departures: Operate as scheduled unless force majeure (war, natural disasters, etc.) intervenes.
Minimum Departures: Require a set number of participants. If unmet, alternatives or refunds will be offered.

9.2 Amendments
First change: Free.
Subsequent changes: €50 admin fee per amendment.
No guarantee on requested changes.
9.3 Refunds
No refunds for partially used tours or discounted bookings.
Bank fees for refunds are Client’s responsibility.
10. Force Majeure & Changes by Manolya Tours
We may cancel/modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
Compensation: Refund or alternative tour of comparable value.
